Desposit and Booking Process
When planning your dream trip to the Maldives (and now other exotic destinations), our experience has shown that the earlier you plan, the better the prices and availability. Our recommendation is to plan 6 to 3 months in advance.
Booking process. Deposit.
- Step 1 We offer a free consultation via WhatsApp or mobile call to discuss your preferences, desired dates, and planned budget.
- Step 2 After the consultation, we explore available options for your trip based on flight and hotel availability, as well as your preferred budget and dates.
- Step 3 If Step 2 is positive (which happens in 98% of cases), an invoice for a deposit of €150 is issued to send specific trip options by email. We also provide all necessary information, including personal experiences and actual hotel videos from our archives, to help you make the best choice tailored just for you.
- Step 4 The paid deposit is automatically deducted from the total trip cost. If the trip is not completed, the deposit is retained as compensation for the work, effort, and information provided.
- Step 5 In accordance with the specific hotel’s policy, a partial or full payment is required to confirm the reservation, and the client will receive a Travel Agreement.
- Step 6 The client receives electronic travel documents, and we provide ongoing communication and support as needed.
